A rewarding career


In the context of our sustainable development strategy, Vignobles de Larose have chosen to implement a resolutely humanist human resource policy. This commitment involves improving working conditions for employees, working against discrimination, encouraging individual choices in training and in integrating employees into their working life, ensuring equality in all jobs and trades. Many actions are carried out on a daily basis to comply with this style of human resource management:

- Staff are trained in the use of chemicals, to ensure their safety;

- Employees are equipped with specifically adapted individual protection (protective glasses, moulded ear plugs, etc.);

- A newsletter has been created, "L'Echo Trintaudon", for better internal communication;

- Employees are rewarded through a scheme of medals that are regularly awarded for work and a dynamic salary policy has been set up to develop the spirit of initiative in the context of the company.

Vignobles de Larose have also been signatories since 2007 to the UN Global Compact, a strategic policy initiative for businesses, launched by the UN Secretary General, for the prevention of abuse and the protection of human rights, especially for employees.
