Vineyard and grape varieties

Vineyard

- 35 hectares of vines in a total vineyard of 225 ha.

- Soil: Gunzian gravel from the Quaternary and Pyrenean gravel.

- Planting density: 70% at 10,000 vines / hectare. The aim is to obtain optimal quality with a low yield on the vinestock.

- Average age of the vines is 35 years old.

Grape varieties

- 50% Cabernet Sauvignon which gives structure, fragrance and fruit.

- 45% de Merlot which gives roundness and flesh.

- 5% de Petit Verdot which gives colour, structure and frshness.
